Supporting you wherever you are in your journey
Therapy is tailored to you, creating a warm and collaborative space to better understand yourself, navigate difficulties and work towards meaningful, lasting change.
Sessions are currently offered via Telehealth Australia-wide.
Adolescents (16+)
Adolescence can bring significant change, pressure and uncertainty. Therapy can offer a space for young people aged 16 and over to make sense of what they are experiencing, better understand themselves and navigate this stage of life with greater confidence.
Adults at every life stage
Adults come to therapy for many different reasons and at many different stages of life. You may be navigating a turning point, feeling stuck in familiar patterns, carrying something difficult, or simply wanting to understand yourself better. You don’t need to be in crisis to begin therapy. Sometimes, wanting something to be different is enough of a place to begin.
